Location

We live in a beautiful Victorian house overlooking the sea.  We are in the attractive town of St Leonards-on-Sea on the south coast next to Hastings. 

There is plenty here to keep our guests entertained.  There are art galleries, museums, theatres, two cinemas, plenty of shops and of course, the beach. For our older guests we also have excellent bars, pubs and restaurants.

We are in the heart of historic 1066 country with so many exciting places to visit and explore, and plenty to entertain guests of all ages.
