Our house overlooks the St Leonards coastline and the English Channel. The house is large, clean and comfortable and the student bedrooms are on the top floor, giving you a little more privacy when you want it.

Food is important to us and family mealtimes are relaxed and fun - though usually a bit noisy.  It’s a special time to chat together and enjoy good food.  Our menu is always very varied and we can cater for any special dietary requirements you may have.
